Opening Act

Hi Everyone,

...Happy New Year Everyone... All the best and more to all of you...

...The Blues Report Has Gone Daily

Yes The Blues Report Blog has now gone daily and is now called The Blues Report (Daily Edition) The Blues Report (Daily Edition) in partnership with my Twitter Page, endeavors to bring you the best Blues News and Articles from the Best Blues Sources on the Net, now on a daily basis, and in one complete post. http://bluesunderground.blogspot.com

...I have announced my 2009 Year End Review, which consisted of my Top 25 List as well as numerous other categories. 2009 was a record breaker with a whopping 93 CD's submitted and one DVD. You can view all the Top 25 List and other categories here. Congratulations to all the artists chosen including my Number 1 choice in the Top 25 List, Bullfrog Brown "Moon and Central".

The Artists and Albums listed were chosen because they represented to me something that was either unique, fresh, totally enjoyable to listen to, or all of the above. They were not chosen by how much air play they got, or how many copies they sold, those are industry standards which I feel can at times mask true talent and neglect real talent.

...I am pleased to announce 2 more new Mixes to my 8Tracks Website.

Simply The Blues And A Little More 8...
Eight tracks featuring Harry Manx, Keith Hallett, Mighty Sam McClain, and The Snake Charmers

Simply The Blues And A Little More 7...
Eight tracks featuring Brad Wilson, Cry Baby & The Hoochie Coochie Boys, The Blazers, and The Mojo Stars.
